Please visit our RETURN CENTER for all returns and exchanges. You will receive your label once we know which items you are returning/exchanging via the link.
Please note: the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

Domestic Return Policy:
- SALE items are not eligible for returns. Exchange only.
- Returns are accepted on UNWORN garments within 14 days of receipt of your order.
- Custom orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- All returns must be unworn, in new condition, with tags attached.
International Return Policy:
- SALE items are not eligible for returns.
- Returns are accepted on UNWORN garments within 14 days of receipt of your order.
- Exchanges are NOT available for international orders.
SHIPPING
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. If your order is delayed or canceled due to stock, payment, or other reasons, we will contact you via email.
Important Shipping Information:
- We operate Monday–Friday, 10 AM–4 PM (EST).
- Orders placed after 1 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
- Processing time is usually 1–3 business days, excluding holidays.
- Express shipments may not be delivered on weekends.
Domestic Shipping:
- STANDARD - 1-5 Business Days
- UPS 2nd DAY - 2 days for orders placed before 1 PM EST
- UPS NEXT DAY - Next-business-day delivery
International Shipping:
DHL EXPRESS - Shipping time and rate are dependent on the destination and order size. If the customer refuses the package once it arrives at its destination, and the items need to be returned to JBQ, the shipping and return fee will be deducted from the return.
