DUE TO GLOBAL DELAYS, PLEASE ALLOW EXTRA TIME FOR YOUR RETURN TO REACH OUR WAREHOUSE.
Please visit our RETURN CENTER for all returns and exchanges. You will receive your label once we know which items you are returning/exchanging via the link.

Domestic Return Policy:
- SALE items are not eligible for returns. Exchange only.
- Returns are accepted on UNWORN garments within 14 days of receipt of your order.
- Custom orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- All returns must be unworn, in new condition, with tags attached.
International Return Policy:
- SALE items are not eligible for returns.
- Returns are accepted on UNWORN garments within 14 days of receipt of your order.
- Exchanges are NOT available for international orders.
SHIPPING
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. If your order is delayed or canceled due to stock, payment, or other reasons, we will contact you via email.
Domestic Shipping:
- FEDEX GROUND - 1-5 Business Days
- FEDEX 2 DAY - 2 days for orders placed before 11 AM EST
- FEDEX OVERNIGHT - Next-business-day delivery by 3 PM
- FEDEX 2-DAY + OVERNIGHT shipping is subject to availability upon email request.
International Shipping:
UPS - Shipping time and rate are dependent on the destination and order size. If the customer refuses the package once it arrives at its destination, and the items need to be returned to JBQ, the shipping and return fee will be deducted from the return.
