Shipping policy

SHIPPING

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. If your order is delayed or canceled due to stock, payment, or other reasons, we will contact you via email.

Important Shipping Information:

• We operate Monday–Friday, 10 AM–4 PM (EST).
• Orders placed after 1 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
• Processing time is usually 1–3 business days, excluding holidays.
• Express shipments may not be delivered on weekends.

Domestic Shipping:

• STANDARD - 1-5 Business Days
• UPS 2nd DAY - 2 days for orders placed before 1 PM EST
• UPS NEXT DAY - Next-business-day delivery

International Shipping:

DHL EXPRESS - Shipping time and rate are dependent on the destination and order size. If the customer refuses the package once it arrives at its destination, and the items need to be returned to JBQ, the shipping and return fee will be deducted from the return.
